Happy stay policy
If we were to follow only one rule, it would be respect. Be respectful. To other guests, to your children, to us, to the animals in the area, to nature, and to the entire place. In other words, be kind.
Arrival and departure
Arrival is possible every day from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Please plan your departure so that your room is vacated by 11 a.m.
If you have any problems with the dates, please call us at +420 732 688 656.
Parking
Hotel guests can park in the parking lot in front of the hotel/restaurant free of charge.
There is also a charging station for electric cars in the parking lot, so please leave it accessible for this purpose.
Bathrooms and toilets
It may seem like we all know this, but we don't. Toilet paper belongs in the toilet. Other hygiene products belong in the trash can next to it. Then it won't clog.
Please make sure that children in particular do not cover the drains in the shower stalls. This can cause flooding, which we encounter one floor below.
Wellness
Please shower before entering the pool (the shower is right next to the pool).
The pool is available from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Children scream and splash around the pool. That's normal. But there are limits. Please respect them, we all know what's going on.
The sauna must be booked at least one day in advance (at the reception or by phone at +420 732 688 656), otherwise we will not be able to prepare and heat it properly for you.
Children's playground
The children's playground is intended for our guests. Enjoy.
If something happens to break, please let us know.
Dogs and other animals
Our dog's name is BIBI. She is very greedy. Please do not feed her, we give her enough. You can pet her :)
Pets are welcome at Barn, Cottage, or Garden apartment upon prior arrangement. The hotel is reserved for humans only.
Celebrations
Celebrations are a must, of course, but please be considerate. Have mercy on other guests and on us, we live here with you.
As usual, quiet hours begin at 10 p.m., we are in a national park and we are not alone here.

Parking
Upon arrival, you can park for free in front of the hotel, where the reception is located. After that, please park your car in the designated parking lot next to your building.
Our parking barriers are great, we are very proud of them. Children will definitely enjoy watching them move back and forth.
Please allow each child to try it only once, so that the barrier will serve us for many years without any problems.
The switches for opening and closing the barriers are located on the columns next to the barriers.
There is a charger for electric cars in the hotel parking lot, which can be used for a fee.
Changing shoes
Leave your beautiful hiking boots full of stories on the ground floor of the barn and cottage, where they will have a cozy place to stay. Ideally, bring indoor shoes to change into.

Kitchen
Each building has trash cans for mixed and sorted waste.
Be careful with electrical appliances; do not leave them turned on unattended.
Please do not move dishes between rooms, houses, and households.
Outdoor pool
Take a shower before entering the pool (the shower is right next to the pool).
The pool is available from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
If you are the last to leave, cover the pool with a mobile roof.
Children scream and splash around the pool. That's normal. But there are limits. Please respect them, we all know what's going on.
Barbecue
Use the barbecue mainly to prepare great food, don't eat junk food.
After use, clean the barbecue and put it back in its original place so that other guests will find it in the condition you would like to find it.
Please bring your own charcoal for the grill. If you find some and there are no other guests, you can use it. We will provide wood upon request.
Children's playground
The children's playground is intended for our guests. Enjoy.
If something happens to break, please let us know.
Dogs and other animals
Our dog's name is BIBI. She is very greedy. Please do not feed her, we give her enough. You can pet her :)
You can bring your pets with you, provided that they do not disturb other guests and animals or destroy our equipment.
The fee for an animal is 300 CZK/night. For example, a dog. We don't really mind a hamster. A snake... we don't really know about snakes, we haven't dealt with one yet.
To be on the safe side, please always arrange your arrival with animals with us in advance. Thank you for your understanding.
