Privacy Policy
When you fill in your reservation / accommodation request, when you order a treatment, when you order a gift voucher, when you tick the consent to receive news and special offers of accommodation, you provide SENKOM s.r.o. with some of your personal data. In some cases, we may process your personal data because of our legitimate interest, which is in particular the development, promotion and improvement of our business.
The protection of personal data is very important to us. Therefore, when dealing with personal data, we act in accordance with the legal order of the Czech Republic, in particular with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Data Protection Act"), as amended, and with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation").
The purpose for which we need the personal data and the legitimacy of the processing
a) to ensure the conclusion and subsequent performance of a contractual obligation between the controller and you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Such a relationship gives rise to other legal obligations and the controller must therefore also process personal data for this purpose (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), including for the purpose of keeping a register for the purposes of paying the holiday stay fee (Art. 7(3), Act No. 565/1990 Coll., on local taxes),
b) the protection of our legitimate interests (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR), which is to ensure the protection of the data you have entrusted to us for processing, the protection of our property,
c) the recording of personal data beyond the obligations for keeping a record book by the administrator (accommodation provider) arising from Article 3, paragraph 4, of Act No. 565/1990 Coll. on local charges in the Prévio reservation system,
d) for marketing purposes
sending information (news, current price offers) about the services provided by the administrator
collecting information about your satisfaction with services and events
In order for the controller to best tailor the offer of its services and commercial communications about them to your needs, the controller obtains your unambiguous consent for this processing purpose (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
What are personal and other data?
Personal data are those data that you voluntarily provide to us in the context of completing an order, enquiry, request or registration. Personal data means any information that identifies or can identify a specific person.
We process the following personal data
basic identification data - name and surname, title, residential address, or name and address of the company and its ID number and VAT number for self-employed persons, date of birth
contact details - telephone numbers and email addresses
for roommates, name and surname and date of birth
information about the services we provide to you
information about communication with each other - information from emails or contact forms
billing and transaction data - this includes information appearing on invoices, agreed billing terms and payments received
cookies
Who do we pass your personal data to?
In accordance with the GDPR 2016/679, we process the data listed below to provide your accommodation and related services for as long as necessary to fulfil our legal obligations: name, surname, home address, age. We do not disclose the above data to other entities outside of the legal regulations.
